All around me I see students, young and old, in old-fashioned clothes And straw hats; it’s teeming with it. Now I know, it’s part of it. The Varsity is packed with tradition. Again and again I open my eyes. Also now. On the right I see a long gallery full of students who are excited with a beer in their hand waiting for what is to come. On the left I look out at the jetties where the rowing boats are already waiting.
