It’s all in the so-called Integral Program of Requirements and Functional Design (IPvE/FO) that was determined after consultation evenings and reactions from local residents. The plan is not yet finished, a few more adjustments and designs will follow, but the plans should be ready this autumn. The first shovel is expected to go into the ground in mid-2024.
