According to SOS Alarm, the explosion took place indoors in a residential building in Hallunda.
Three people have been taken to hospital by ambulance with minor smoke injuries. No one else should have been injured.
– We are investigating whether there are more people who have been injured and are now looking for one or more perpetrators, says Daniel Wikdahl at the Stockholm Police.
