The murder took place on the evening of November 5 last year. Just minutes after the alarm, just before 9 p.m., two of the boys had been arrested by the police. The third boy was arrested the next day. Two of them were born in 2006 and one was born in 2007.
The boys are charged with murder, alternatively for aiding and abetting murder, alternatively for aiding and abetting the death of another.
Three more teenage boys are charged in the case. Two of them are charged with aggravated protection of a criminal and the third is charged with failure to disclose murder.
