Police said an unknown amount of Canadian and American currency was stolen.

The suspects fled in a black midsized Subaru sport utility vehicle, which was later recovered less than a kilometer away on King William Street, near Victor Boulevard.

Police are asking residents or anyone near the bank between 3 pm and 4 pm to check their dash cams or security cameras for footage of any suspicious activity.
