Three more people have been arrested on suspicion of helping to plan the terrorist attack in Moscow almost two weeks ago, the Russian security police FSB says according to state media.

The terrorist group IS has claimed responsibility for the crime, in which more than 140 people were killed.

According to the FSB, two of the arrested are foreign nationals while one is Russian.

“Two of those arrested transferred money for the purchase of firearms and vehicles used in the terrorist attack,” a statement from the FSB says, according to the Russian news agency Interfax.
