Three people are said to have been killed and 18 injured in a Russian airstrike on the city of Dnipro in central Ukraine, according to Ukrainian data.

“The enemy continues its attacks. Unfortunately not without consequences,” writes the region’s governor Serhij Lysak on social media.

Ever since Russia launched its full-scale invasion in February 2022, Russian forces have targeted the Dnipro. At the end of June, one person died and twelve were injured when a Russian drone hit a residential building in the city. A seven-month-old baby was injured in that attack.
