Three charged after $11.5K cocaine seizure: Sarnia police

Three Sarnia residents were charged after officers seized nearly $11,500 worth of powder and crack cocaine at a Sarnia home last week, city police say.

Vice unit and emergency response team officers with a warrant searched a home in the 100 block of Walnut Avenue. in the early afternoon of Jan. 10, police said.

Officers seized 94.1 grams of powdered cocaine, 1.68 grams of crack cocaine, drug trafficking paraphernalia and $1,600 in cash, police said. Three suspects were arrested without incident.

A woman, 43, and two men, aged 40 and 43, are charged with possessing drugs for trafficking and possessing property obtained by crime, police said.
