A teenage boy and two men in their 30s are suspected of attempted murder after a fight in Malmö, reports Sydsvenskan.
Police officers rushed to Ramels väg in the Rosengård district after reports of an ongoing fight on Sunday evening. Two masked people tried to run away, but could not get away. Shortly after they were arrested, another person was arrested in the same area.
In addition to attempted murder, the three arrested are also suspected of serious weapons offences.
– A loaded firearm was found in connection with these people, says police spokesperson Nils Norling to TT.
The weapon was not fired during the fight and the person suspected of being the victim of attempted murder was not injured.
– Every time we find weapons or people with weapons, it cannot be ruled out that we may have prevented a serious violent crime. But then it is something that the investigation is allowed to reveal, I want to emphasize, if it is so in this specific case, says Nils Norling.
