According to the indictment from Växjö District Court, the police, who are the plaintiffs, were to carry out a house search together with their colleagues at an address on Storgatan in Lessebo.
Threats of violence
The accused man must then have attacked the police with threats of violence. The man is said to have said, among other things, that he would slaughter the police’s mother and sister.
When the man was then to be arrested, he must have sat down in defense by tearing and kicking with his arms and feet to prevent the police.
Damages for violation
The man is charged on suspicion of both threatening an official and violent resistance, but in interrogation he denies the crime.
According to the indictment, the plaintiff wants the man to pay SEK 5,000 in damages for the violation.
