Thousands of people are stuck in the Jabalia refugee camp in Gaza, which has been attacked by Israeli forces, says Doctors Without Borders (MSF).
Israel says it is working to prevent Hamas from regrouping in the region.
At least 34 people have been killed in attacks by the Israeli army in various parts of Gaza on Friday. Half of the deaths have occurred in the Jabalia camp, where there are also five members of the medical association, says MSF’s project coordinator Sarah Vuylsteke.
– No one is allowed to leave or come to the camp. Anyone who tries to do that will be shot, Vuylsteke writes in the message service X.
