At the moment, student rooms are more difficult to realize financially than studios, for example, according to the municipality. Lowering the price of land should make it easier for SSH to build these types of homes. There are already concrete plans for the construction of 3500 homes, the measures taken by the municipality should enable SSH to realize another 1800 of these types of homes.
