Approves the new owners

After this, the school group changed both owner and board, according to a press release in order to act on the shortcomings pointed out by the School Inspectorate. Recently, the new management also chose to change the name of the group, from Thorengruppen to Edukatus.

The School Inspectorate now chooses to approve the new owners. In the decision, the School Inspectorate writes that the new representatives must “focus special attention on the problems and irregularities that formed the basis of the authority’s previous supervisory decisions” and
“take measures to ensure that similar abuses do not occur again.”.
