Thomas Bäcklund was on a mobile home holiday far down in southern Sweden when he found out that Susabäcken had flooded and paved a new road around his house and across the farm. He turned around and drove home.
– We were very happy when we got home and discovered that there was basically no damage to the house. But after two days I opened the garage and then I wasn’t as happy anymore, says Thomas Bäcklund.
Among other things, the robotic lawnmower and the new electric bicycle were under a meter of water.
– You don’t understand it, every morning you wake up, you wonder if it was a dream, says Thomas Bäcklund.
