Of the 21st of February At March 24 2024, the French brand founded in 1978 will invite its customers to apply by posting a few photos on the Internet, with the aim of finding its future representatives. Applications will be open to all ages and body types in five countries of Europe: France, Belgium, Portugal, Italy and Spain. Within France, to elect the 200 finalists in the child category (from 0 to 17 years old) and the 200 finalists in the adult category (over 18 years old), it will be necessary to count on the votes of Internet users. A jury will then designate at least one winner per category. The opportunity, who knows, to pose for Kiabi with his whole family!

The brand, which belongs to the Mulliez family association, has therefore launched an unprecedented survey based on the participation of its consumers. In November 2023, several customers from the Noyelles Godault (62), Mantes (78) and Orléans (45) stores were able to return home with two items choose for free in the women’s and children’s fall-winter 2023 collections. Once a month for six months, these consumers will answer a questionnaire which will allow them to monitor the evolution of product quality. Defects, maintenance, quality… All aspects concerning the lifespan of a garment will be carefully analyzed. Valuable information that will allow the brand to further improve its creations.
