Jan Mulder, head of the senior secondary education department at Globe College, thinks the focus on the pre-vocational secondary education exams is more than justified. He took the initiative for the opening himself, by calling the ministry. “I invited the minister to come and give the go-ahead, because I was annoyed that the vocational exams are never mentioned. The NOS has an item on May 10 that the exams will start tomorrow, while the primary and senior students will have already finished by then.”
