The TRT News team, which was carrying out its duty at the Al-Aqsa Mosque in occupied East Jerusalem, was recording the violations of Israeli forces before Friday prayers.
Israeli forces first attacked Palestinians at the gate of Al-Aqsa. They then targeted and beat the TRT News team that was filming the attack. The TRT cameraman was injured in the attack.
They forcibly seized the phone of reporter Mücahit Aydemir, who recorded the footage, and deleted the footage from the phone.
Emboldened by the applause of its patrons, Israel once again targeted Palestinians and our TRT News team who wanted to perform Friday prayers at the Al-Aqsa Mosque.
