At the December 22, 2023 LOL: Last One Laughing returns to Amazon Prime* for a holiday special. This time three couples compete against each other in three episodes. The list of participants was announced in advance – and we can now celebrate a new LOL record.

The trailer for the LOL return already promises great Advent fun in Michael Herbig’s show. But LOL is and remains a competition and so there must be winners and losers. However, a victory is already certain, as the unofficial 5th season of the Christmas special begins a star at the top of the most appearances on the show. You can find out who this throne belongs to in the following overview of participations. We count being one of ten LOL main cast members, but short guest appearances also have weight in a play-off.

No star appeared as a main participant in all 5 seasons of LOL: Last One Laughing. In addition, both Kurt Krömer and Anke Engelke have already won the show. Since Anke Engelke also made a guest appearance in season 4, that makes her the clear winner. Just like bully buddy Rick Kavanian had until now appearances in all seasonsalthough he only completed three of them as a short guest.
In the Moviepilot interview with Anke Engelte, the winning actress and comedian confided to us that she continued to have a lot of fun with LOL and wanted to “Just keep going until they kick me out.”
