The power outage around Breukelen started last night around 7:30 PM. Technicians from grid operator Stedin had difficulty finding the cause, but eventually encountered a broken cable. It was repaired around 11:30 PM and everyone had power again.
Earlier there was also a power outage in Vinkeveen yesterday, causing 750 households to temporarily lose power.
