“Plowed over rubbish bins on the streets”, “a huge rise in waste bin grabbers”, “opened rubbish bins and extra rubbish on the streets” and “torn rubbish bags in the city center” are some of the responses in our inbox. There is a lot of irritation because of the increased mess. A number of places are already experimenting with special rings on the side of waste bins, but according to our followers the real solution is a lot easier: “don’t put marbles in it, but place it on top” or “next to the waste bin for the less fortunate.”
