This is what corruption looks like in the Russian army – more bribes after the war

The use of bribes is systematic and very widespread within the Russian army. Bribes can be used to get things like sick leave or leave. But also to avoid punishment for having used the mobile phone or been drunk.

That’s what the British Ministry of Defense writes in a post on platform X and refers to a survey carried out by the exiled Russian newspaper Verstka.
