Leksand extended the winning streak beat AIK

Sweden is chairing the Council of the European Union for the next six months – and in connection with this, the EU has created one playlist about which artists and songs represent Sweden. Something among others The Express have reported on.

The list includes classic world artists such as Abba, Robyn and Roxette, but it also contains several artists and bands that sing in Swedish. For example, Timbuktu with “It solves”, Håkan Hellström and his “Känn ingen sorg för mig Göteborg” and Veronica Maggio with “Sergels torg”.

The list also includes Zara Larsson, Avicii, First Aid Kit, Imperiet – and Tommy Körberg with “Stad i ljus”.

The presidency of the Council of the European Union (also called the Council of Ministers) changes between the member states every six months. Sweden took over the presidency on 1 January.
