Episode 2 of season 2023, broadcast this Thursday, February 23 on M6, was no exception. The unknowns, composed of Nathalie and Angie, encountered tensions with Jason and Paloma, the Belgian couple. These two pairs were indeed hitchhiking in the same place, in Bolivia. At first, Jason does not appreciate the strategy of the unknown women, who place themselves a little higher on the road to stop passing vehicles before them.
But the tension will go up a notch when the pair of strangers, who were hitchhiking and managed to stop a car, see Jason and Paloma get into the vehicle which stopped at the height of the Belgian couple. The latter get in and walk away, leaving the pair of strangers “disgusted”. “It pisses me off, reacts Angie, I’m shocked”. For Nathalie, this attitude is neither more nor less than “stealing”. Jason does not understand this reaction, which he considers excessive in front of the cameras of M6: “The road belongs to you? I am not aware… Where do they think they are? They are really bad players”.
But as Nathalie has fun repeating later, “ill-gotten gains never benefit”. In the continuation of episode 2 of Beijing Express, Jason and Paloma are dropped off by their driver before the end of the race. The Belgian couple from Beijing Express find themselves forced to hitchhike. In the meantime, Nathalie and Angie have found a vehicle and pass them on the road: “Are those the enf*irés there?” asks Nathalie, before taunting them as she walks past them: “I hope you’ll marinate for hours!” Unfortunately for Paloma and Jason, this misadventure causes them to finish last in the race, forced to participate in the final duel against Cyrille and Luc.

Beijing Express signed its return for its 17th season this Thursday, February 16, 2023. The first episode broadcast on M6 made it possible to get to know the 2023 pairs but also with the first events. Sisters Alexandra and Laura already stand out as strong opponents, having won the immunity trial and the endgame amulet. Conversely, Colette and Léa, aunt and niece, encountered more difficulties, Colette suffering in particular from altitude sickness… Unfortunately, this caused them to lose a considerable delay and forced them to find themselves in a final duel against to Angie and Natalie. They failed to win here and were eliminated from this first episode of Beijing Express.

Beijing Express is an adventure game broadcast since 2006 on M6. This television show, presented by Stéphane Rotenberg, sees pairs go abroad every year. The goal: to survive thanks to the inhabitant and to go to different stages in the country, to rub shoulders with events that allow them to qualify for the rest of the competition.
During the 2023 edition of Beijing Express, eight pairs compete in the M6 game in the hope of becoming the big winners of this season 17. During this edition, viewers can discover different atypical profiles and the careers of the following duos:

- Colette and Léa, Marseille aunt and niece, eliminated in episode 1
Beijing Express returns to the M6 program schedule from February 16, 2023. Viewers will be able to find a new episode every Thursday from 9:10 p.m. on the sixth channel. Generally, a season lasts two months and season 17 should therefore end in April 2023, if the Six maintains its usual broadcast rate. If you missed an episode, however, it is possible to catch up on replay. The day after its broadcast, the sixth channel put it online for eight days on its streaming and replay platform 6play.
The finale of Beijing Express season 15 was broadcast on M6 on April 14, 2022 and took place in Dubai. Lucas and Nicolas, the Belgian brothers, won this 2022 edition against Jérémy and Fanny. The winning pair won most stages of Beijing Express 2022, accumulating 8 amulets before the final. Lucas and Nicolas managed to win 100,000 euros at the end of this final.
How to register for Beijing Express? Castings for the 2024 season are not yet open. Last year, all you had to do was go to the site casting-pekinexpress.fr and complete their application. To participate, however, you must be at least 18 years old and be able to make yourself available for 45 days in the 3rd trimester. M6 asks candidates to send three photos per person (portrait, silhouette and one summarizing the personality) as well as a photo of the pair. You must then fill in your personal information and answer several questions about your personality.
