Lucent is an in-game currency used in Throne and Liberty plays an important role. There are various ways to get Luzent in the new MMORPG from NCSoft and Amazon Games without spending money, which we will introduce to you in this guide.
In Throne and Liberty there is a type of gold currency that you can obtain through various activities and which is called Sollant in this MMORPG. You also have the opportunity to earn the in-game currency called Luzent. The quickest way to get Luzent is to spend real money to exchange it for Luzent.
But Free2Play players can also earn the coveted currency and we have picked out the best methods for you.
You can use Luzent for three different things:
There are two ways to get Luzent as a Free2Play player:
Additional tip: Your Luzent will be shared with all of your created characters. This means you can create a second character to earn Luzent, which you can then use on your main character.
Below we will introduce you to what we think are the best ways to get Luzent as a Free2Play player:
Play together with your friends in guilds:
1. Collecting objects
Who is this method particularly suitable for?
PvE players: A PvE player can easily sell armor items that they don’t want to wear. Because PvE players don’t actually need any item “properties” on their armor at the start of the game. Many “characteristics” are designed for defense and the “characteristics” that increase attack are not necessarily necessary for PvE players at the moment.
You should conquer the dungeons with difficulty level one and if necessary, there is a search that you can use to find fellow players. This gives you the freedom to wear the best equipment and sell the other “features”. The prices will be very affordable, especially at the start.
“Properties” are the various bonuses of the items. For example, Melee Dodge. These bonuses can be removed from armor items using “Property Extraction”.
To do this, click on the armor item, then a window opens and the fourth point on the side is “Property Extraction.” The item then breaks, but you can then sell the “Property” at the auction house for Luzent.
Casual PvP Players: Casual PvP players also benefit from selling their green and blue or perhaps even purple items that they don’t want to wear. In PvP they may lag behind for a few weeks, but their pockets will be filled with Luzent. If you don’t mind not being able to keep up in PvP, then this method might be for you.
Additional tip for PvP players: This method is not recommended for PvP players who want to go all out right away, as they urgently need armor items with many strong “properties” in order to emerge victorious in epic battles. Since you need the “characteristics” more to enhance your own armor, the second method may be the way for you.
Weekly and daily tasks
Every week you can visit the NPC “General Merchandiser” who has a few weekly tasks to sell, called “Resistance Forces”. You can find him in every city. You should go get them every week from level 50 onwards. You don’t have to do them directly because they collect in your inventory. The tasks are orders in which you have to destroy monsters in dungeons, for example.
You can also buy contracts or daily tasks from the “Contract Manager”. You get 10 “contractual rights” per day. These can be kept for up to 60. One task costs one “contractual right”. You can choose which tasks you want to buy. Watch out for missions with the following rewards:
From level 50 you will receive better rewards, such as the “Noble Blessing Bag”. You can open these and you will have the chance to get random armor items, the “properties” of which you can sell again for lucent after extraction. And it is also possible to create additional weekly tasks from this.
You also get the currency “Abyssal Contract Token Points”. With these tokens, you can go to the Accessory Crafting NPC to get a Noble Epic Selection Chest. From these boxes you can even choose an item that you might need or whose “property” you want to sell after extraction.
Our assessment: Completing these tasks should be a breeze. Daily and weekly tasks are not a new concept. Many MMOs offer this element so that players can quickly get some rewards and therefore the tasks usually do not pose any real challenges. So every player is probably able to complete these orders in order to get Luzent.
