What are the three endings in Dragon’s Dogma 2? The game’s main quest line takes you to the final confrontation with the dragon that snatched your heart at the beginning of the adventure.
The dragon will hold in its claws the person with whom you have developed the greatest affinity. Now let’s look at the three ways to complete Dragon’s Dogma 2.
The launch trailer for Dragon’s Dogma 2 does not contain any spoilers:
The three endings of Dragon’s Dogma 2
The bad ending
The normal ending
The true ending
This is how you see all three endings in one run: Get the bad ending first. Then start your current save to tackle the standard ending. In the credits you don’t go to the throne, you look for the scout. Talk to him until he takes you back in time. Now you can tackle the true ending.
Endgame and New Game + – What you should pay attention to
What else do I have to know? Due to Dragon’s Dogma 2’s limited save system, you can quickly end up losing access to the game’s content.
For example, if you start a new game with the current level and equipment (the New Game+) after reaching the standard ending in the game menu, you will no longer be able to switch to the start of the dragon encounter to experience other endings.
Likewise, there is no going back if you travel to the Unmoored World for the true ending. So before you ride the dragon, you should complete all the side tasks and challenges that you would like to take with you in your first run.
Alternatively, you can use modifications to manage your saves and thus gain more flexibility. You can find more information about this here: 6 best mods for Dragon’s Dogma 2 that are worth it for you
