During July, several parts of the country were flooded, including in Östergötland and the Jönköping region, and during the weekend a thunderstorm moved in over southern Sweden which SMHI issued a yellow warning for.
Pererik Åberg, meteorologist, believes that a yellow warning is not something you should be too worried about.
– It is the orange and red warnings that you really have to look out for, a yellow warning can mean that you will have problems but on a local level, he says.
