In her work as a sex and pleasure coach, Anna Wikfalk helps all kinds of people. Those who come to her are often people who want to reach their full intimate potential or those who have no sex drive or have lost it.
– You may have been around for a while and feel that there must be something more. My youngest has been 19 and the oldest 70, she says.
“We want a climax”
Anna Wikfalk says that it is important to remember how people are influenced by many different factors when it comes to sex life, such as norms, ideals and things you have experienced earlier in life. That you can subconsciously program emotions that are covered with shame.
– If you find it difficult to enjoy yourself, remember to be kind to yourself.
In order to find the pleasure and maximize it this summer, she says that it is also important to let go of the performance.
– It is common that we want to have a climax orgasm and then you can miss all the fantastic pleasure that exists when we let go of the achievement and the goal, says Anna Wikfalk.
The sex and pleasure coach’s tips
She also points out that it can be good to explore the performance-free pleasure yourself first.
– When I meet people with women’s bodies, I usually say that it is important to get to know your breasts for your own sake.
Anna Wikfalk says that many people may have the feeling that the breasts are for someone else and that you often fail to stop and enjoy them.
– People have learned to have sex in a certain way and here we can have problems communicating. Dare to be in your body and in the moment and see where the pleasure wants to take us, there are lots of fun things you can come up with.
