Shape the burrata: Take a new piece of mozzarella and flatten it with your hand or with the help of a rolling pin. Place a spoonful of the filling in the center.
Close the burrata: Pinch the edges of the mozzarella around the filling and shape it into a ball. Be careful not to squeeze out the filling.
Chill the burrata: Refrigerate your burrata for a few hours before serving to allow it to set and the flavors to blend.
