This is how you cook the perfect Easter egg

Cooking eggs isn’t difficult, but cooking perfect eggs is (at least according to some) an art form. One of the tips that Siri Barje shares is to add the eggs only when the water has started to boil.

– You can of course do it the other way. But I want to be a little more precise than that, she says in Morgonstudion.

Perfection requires accuracy. However, that is not the only thing you need to take into account for the Easter breakfast to be memorable. Factors such as the size of the egg, its temperature during the journey to the pan and of course: how many minutes it should boil are so important to keep an eye on.
