After almost two years of waiting, the time has finally come: Yellowstone Season 5, which was interrupted at half-time, returns to bring the Dutton family saga to a (temporary) end.
The main focus should be on the internal sibling dispute between Beth (Kelly Reilly), Jamie (Wes Bentley) and Kayce (Luke Grimes) Dutton. Season 5 is back: When and how you can watch Yellowstone in Germany
In the USA, Yellowstone season 5 returns on Sunday, November 10, 2024 on the Paramount Network. Unlike the previous seasons, we don’t have to wait long for the broadcast in this country: it starts in Germany on Tuesday November 12, 2024 at 8:15 p.mjust two days after the US release.
The question, where you can stream Yellowstone’s new episodes weekly has a slightly more unusual answer. Because even though 3 seasons of Yellowstone came to Netflix at the beginning of the year and thus finally ignited German passion for the series, you won’t find seasons 4 and 5 there. Even Paramount+, where all the series in the Yellowstone universe stream, will have to wait a while for part 2 of season 5. Because the honor of showing the long-awaited series return lies with another broadcaster.
Which no longer belongs to Sony Pay TV channel AXN Black holds the rights to the first publication of new Yellowstone episodes in Germany. You can take out a subscription for this directly on the broadcaster’s website, but the easiest way is to subscribe to AXN Amazon * as a channel.
There is also a free trial period of 7 days. Patient savers could theoretically wait until the last episode is broadcast (probably on December 17th) and then watch all 6 new episodes in one week. But anyone who has waited so long for Dutton to return must have nerves of steel if the trailer promises big things right from the start.

Yellowstone returns with Season 5, Part 2 – but without Kevin Costner
That we after the Yellowstone Crisisi.e. the disputes between series creator Taylor Sheridan and his biggest star, we have known for a long time that we will have to do without Kevin Costner in the new episodes. Even without the actor, patriarch John Dutton will continue to be the focus of season 5b.
How this will work and what the promise of one “new energy” means, but Yellowstone is keeping it a secret until it starts. According to initial indications, many fans are speculating that Kevin Costner’s character could die right at the start of the return, i.e. in episode 9 of season 5.
