The change with the snow load zones has nothing to do with the roof race in winter. The rules have not changed since 2006, so the Housing Authority and SMHI have jointly agreed on new rules.

In the new rules, higher demands are placed on roofs in the mountain world because more extreme amounts of snow are expected there in the future.
