After long processes, Turkey and NATO have signed an agreement which means that Sweden’s membership in NATO is getting closer. But how will this major national decision affect a municipal level?
– We will certainly see more specified requirements linked to energy supply, food supply, requirements for health care and maintaining internal security, says Andreas Hornwall, defense director at the county administration in Västmanland.
