During the week, the news came that Oliver Ingrosso’s apartment had now been sold. The apartment was built in 1895 and was located next to Strandvägen on Östermalm in central Stockholm.
The starting price for the apartment was SEK 4,950,000, but after the bidding it went down considerably.
– Great fun that it was a good final price. If you have a nice apartment that is also newly renovated and in an attractive location, that helps the final price. But there are more parameters that set the final price, says the broker Annika Wijkström, on Erik Olsson real estate agency that sold the apartment, to News24.

According to Wijkström, the interest in the apartment must have been extremely high and as many as 105,000 people must have clicked on the housing ad on The homein just a few days.
This week the apartment was sold and the staggering final price landed at SEK 5,900,000, which was SEK 950,000 higher than the starting price.
