This is how David Åhman will celebrate the Olympic gold: “Prepare for everything”

This is how David Ahman will celebrate the Olympic gold

The Olympic Games in Paris are coming to an end and several Swedes have had to go home with heavy medals. Sweden has won several golds, of which Sarah Sjostrom stood for two.

Another moment that many will remember from the Olympics is when Armand Duplantis broke the world record, again, in the high jump. He celebrated that with a proper party night which took its revenge the following morning when he was going to talk about the world record live.

– I partied hard, maybe a little too hard for an early morning now, he said in the broadcast at the time.

David Åhman and Jonatan Hellvig won Olympic gold

During the Saturday evening, it was the day for the medal jump David Ohman and Jonathan Hellvig to play the Olympic final against Germany, in pursuit of the gold medal. It quickly became clear that the Swedes would win the gold. After a match of just 34 minutes, Åhman and Hellvig won 2-0 against the Germans.

– It was a little easier than previous matches, this one was not as terrible. Now we knew there would be a medal, but damn how nervous you get anyway, says David’s mother Sofia Ohman to TT.

Now there is a party to celebrate the win. But Åhman and Hellvig have not been allowed to take part in the planning, but they know that it is tussled and tussled, writes Aftonbladet.

– I don’t know what the plan is, but we heard that there are plans. We are prepared for everything, says Hellvig The evening paper.

And Sofia Åhman points out that the party continues at home in Sweden.

– There will be chocolate balls in any case, maybe not tonight but as soon as possible. David loves chocolate balls, so there must be lots of chocolate balls, says Sofia Åhman to TT.
