This is how Berlusconi’s inheritance is distributed

Above all, it is Berlusconi’s two eldest children, Marina and Pier Silvio, who receive the largest inheritance – partly in the form of villas and other properties that their father owned, but also through a 53 percent ownership in the holding company Fininvest, which, among other things, owns the media company Mediaset, reports the Italian news agency Ansa.

The three children from Berlusconi’s second marriage – Barbara, Eleonora and Luigi – also receive a large share of shares in Fininvest.

Berlusconi also leaves 100 million euros to his girlfriend, the 33-year-old politician Marta Fascina. The same amount goes to Berlusconi’s younger brother, Paolo.

The former prime minister’s good friend Marcello Dell’Utri, who studied with Berlusconi and in 1993 founded the right-wing party Forza Italia with him, will inherit 30 million euros.

Silvio Berlusconi was the Prime Minister of Italy for several terms between 1994 and 2011. He was also a successful businessman as well as a significant profile in the world of football.
