The stock market rocket Aegirbio released several positive news in the summer of 2021.
But the Vietnam order did not get off the ground in August. Not in September either.

In September, a first partial delivery of the Thailand order was sent, which according to a press release was “on its way out to the Thai consumers”.
In fact, the partial delivery was stuck in customs. But those around him didn’t find out until November.

Aegirbio’s management blames all the lack of information on its former partner Nowmed, with whom it broke off after SVT revealed connections to Sweden’s biggest fraud scandal (see video). The chairman of the board Anders Ingvarsson believes that Aegirbio’s information was always correct “given the information the company had at any given time”.
Ingvarsson explains that they delayed informing about the delay to Vietnam by saying that they “expected that the delivery could take place in October at the latest”.
Aegirbio’s management assumed that the permit processes proceeded according to Nowmed’s plan. “If the permit processes don’t do it, there will be a delay. Problems and delays are always communicated according to the rules we follow as a traded company.”
Didn’t want to “adventure the securing”
In the case of Thailand, Ingvarsson writes that they waited to say that the tests got stuck in customs because they did not want to “adventure the securing of the goods” – which were later sent back to Sweden.
“The information the Company had from its distributor regarding Thailand was that there were no problems”.
However, Nowmed has stated that it advised against sending the delivery (see video).
