1. Prohibited trans women from participating in women’s sports

Donald Trump signed a presidential order that prohibits trans women from participating in women’s sports.

The decision means that federal authorities should interpret the legislation so that only persons born as biological women are allowed to compete in female sports categories.

2. Introduce prohibition on gender -affirming care for young

Trump also signed an order that prohibits gender transitions for people under the age of 19.

The order states that the US government will not support, finance or promote gender changes to minors. According to Trump, it is about protecting young people from making decisions that can affect their lives in a permanent way, says White House.

3. Demolished federal contributions to paperless

Trump has decided to stop all federal contributions to people staying in the United States without permission.

It is unclear exactly what contributions are affected, but the order speaks of abolishing “all tax -financed benefits for illegal immigrants”.

4. Incorporated official policy that only recognizes two genders

Trump signed an order which means that the federal government no longer recognizes more than two genders, man and woman.

“The agency will stop pretending that men can be women and women can be men when applying laws that protect against gender discrimination,” the order according to The Guardian states.

5. Pused the Tiktok ban

In April last year, a new US law was voted on which meant that Tiktok would be banned in the United States, and on January 19 this year the platform was shut down for the 170 million American users.

Almost a day later, the app came back. Trump signed an order that temporarily delayed the execution of a federal ban on TikTok for at least 75 days.

During his first term of office, Trump advocated a TikTok ban, but has since changed.

“I guess I have a special love for tictoc that I didn’t have from the beginning,” Trump said when he signed the order, according to New York Times.

6. Imposed 25 percent customs on steel and aluminum

Trump also announced that 25 percent tariffs will be introduced on foreign steel and aluminum, without any exceptions.

On March 12 this year, customs came into force.

7. The World Health Organization (WHO) bred

Trump signed an order that means that the United States will leave WHO, and he criticized the organization for managing the Covid-19 pandemic and other health crisis in a bad way, according to The Guardian.

The United States, which is the largest financial contributor to WHO, will stop providing financial support and leaves the organization within 12 months.

8. Migrant prison in Guantánamo Bay

Trump also signed an executive order to prepare a large prison at Guantánamo Bay, which he claimed could accommodate up to 30,000 immigrants deported from the United States.

“Guantánamo can imprison the most dangerous criminal illegal immigrants who threaten the American people,” Trump said according to The Guardian.

9. Residual military

On January 27, Trump signed three executive orders that would reshape the US military. The orders involve stopping efforts aimed at promoting diversity, equality and inclusion in the military.

Trump also wants to re-employ soldiers who were previously dismissed for refusing to take the Covid-19 vaccine, according to CBS.
