The site, which is very popular with the French, has around 60 million ads at any given time. This is where Leboncoin finally brings a new solution to users of the platform. For a few days now, a new feature has appeared on the application. Now, after clicking on an offer, a small banner appears on the ad when you return to the search results. This displays the words “Already seen”.
A marginal adjustment that nevertheless proves to be particularly practical for greater efficiency when searching for a product. This allows users to no longer click twice on the same ad if it does not interest them.
This addition only concerns the mobile application. Indeed, on the website, when an ad has already been viewed, it becomes more transparent and allows you to differentiate yourself from others, which is not the case on the application. For the time being, the “Already viewed” banner does not appear.
However, this progress has a limit. Since it is necessary to delete your ad and republish it to make it appear first without paying, the “Already seen” mention is no longer displayed once the ad is renewed. It’s up to you to use your memory… at the risk of clicking again on an ad… already seen.
