What if we told you that it was finally possible to dress in Muji? The Japanese brand is making its fashion debut with a new collection, Muji Labo. Perfect for fall, it includes coats, wrap skirts, blazers, pants, dresses and shirts that are both comfortable and elegant. If the prices, which range from 59.95 euros to 259 euros, are 20 to 30% higher than the brand’s usual prices, it is because of the quality of the clothes. In fact, for this collection, the brand has decided to use wool and cashmere collected from factories in the Bishu region of Japan.
Muji Labo is therefore a collection of basic clothing, but with a touch of elegance: enough to mark the return of the quiet luxuryas explained by Muji’s European director, Uriel Karsenti, on air on BFMTV :
“The Muji Labo is a step forward in terms of the boldness of the volumes, the design, and also the premium side of this line. We will find a customer who will be very sensitive to these new volumes, a much more contemporary side, much more modern and certainly much more fashionable compared to the essential basics of the Muji brand..”
