The mother’s editorial team of Journal des Femmes tested this two-in-one bag over a whole weekend with baby and it turned out to be very practical when we wanted to sit on the terrace to feed him. Of course, most restaurants offer high chairs for babies, but sometimes, children prefer to be seated like us, in a “grown-up chair”. So we choose our table, we start by opening the zippers of the bag to position it on the adult chair. The straps adapt to all types of chairs, but for this one, made of rattan, we had a bit of trouble getting around the fairly wide backrest. Regardless, baby was still safe and comfortably seated to eat his meal. We also loved being able to put everything away in just a few seconds! At first, with the dad, we were a little doubtful about the capacity of the bag, but ultimately, it has enough room to take with us the baby’s complete meal, his bottle, his diapers, a change of clothes… In short, the contents of my diaper bag fit very easily in the main storage space. And even if I don’t use the booster every day, I think it will quickly replace my usual large diaper bag, because it can be worn over the shoulder or as a backpack. The pockets on the side allow you to store a few more accessories such as the baby bottle, your keys, and an interior zip allows you to slip in a diaper or papers.
Our little advice: remember to bring everything you need for baby’s meal, because once he is seated on it, it is possible to pass your hand between his feet to retrieve the yogurt or the spoon, but as many simplify the task from the start of the meal.
