This autumn fruit protects eyesight thanks to its antioxidants

  • a better protection of the retina against the harmful effects of light,

  • an increase in the total content of phenols (protective antioxidant compounds for eye tissues)
  • to a higher intake of lutein, natural pigment good for the eyes
