“The 21st edition of the Margutta Prize, which I am happy to support again this year,” he comments Emanuele – testifies to the centrality of the city of Rome for those who recognize the value of art, entertainment and culture in general, a value that today more than ever needs to be reaffirmed and promoted as a constructive and salvific reaction to the geopolitical and economic crisis that we find, unfortunately, to have to face. The “ModArt and Margutta Prize” event, conceived by Giovanni Morabito of the ‘Monogram contemporary art’ Gallery, also has the merit of reviving the iconic Via Margutta, which was in Rome, together with the Trident, the privileged stage for artists and intellectuals. My particular appreciation goes to the Prize for the Art section awarded in this edition to the Maestro, and friend, Ugo Nespolo, to whom the Terzo Pilastro Foundation, on my impulse, in 2016 dedicated a large anthological exhibition at the Museum of Palazzo Valle in Catania “.
