It is unheard of for companies where an explosive device is placed on their doorstep to be closed by the municipality. That is the opinion of Ismail El Abassi from Denk, in the Utrecht city council. He continues to be amazed by the municipality’s policy of closing businesses if they are being extorted. This concerns cases where a cobra or hand grenade is hung on the front door or where someone shoots the window apart with a firearm.
