After the police and camera surveillance were called in, officers saw a man walking through Utrecht who was behaving suspiciously. “The man entered a restaurant. When we decided to check on him, he wanted to leave. However, this did not work. We found the stolen laptop in the restaurant in the man’s bag,” the police said.
