Footage of Israeli soldiers sexually torturing a Palestinian has emerged! In the footage broadcast on Channel 12 television, many detained Palestinians are seen lying face down on the ground in an area surrounded by wires. Meanwhile, Israeli soldiers are seen on camera taking a Palestinian lying on the ground to another area.

It is noteworthy that some soldiers sexually tortured a detained Palestinian, while other soldiers used shields to prevent the security cameras from recording those moments.

“THEY ARE TRYING TO HIDE IT WITH SHIELDS”

“(The soldiers) are probably aware of the security cameras and are trying to hide their actions with shields,” Channel 12 reported.

The report stated that Israeli soldiers tortured a detained Palestinian by inserting an object into his anus. It was noted that the Palestinian, who was subjected to sexual torture, was taken to the hospital covered in blood.

Israeli Ministers Supported Soldiers Who Committed Sexual Torture

After Israeli military police arrived in Sde Teiman on July 29 to detain 10 Israeli soldiers accused of sexually torturing a Palestinian, incidents broke out when the soldiers resisted.

Some Israeli ministers, particularly the far-right National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir and Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich, had issued messages of support for soldiers who carried out sexual torture.

Immediately after these messages, many far-right Israelis, including members of parliament, raided Sde Teiman.

Similar groups had also forced their way into the Beit Lid base, where the military court where the detained soldiers were taken was located, in the evening.

The raids by right-wing extremists on two military bases in one day have sparked intense debate in Israel.

5 OF THE DETAINED SOLDIERS WERE RELEASED

While 5 of the 10 detained soldiers were released by the Israeli court, investigations into the others are ongoing.

An Israeli court has extended the detention of five soldiers accused of sexual torture until Sunday, August 11.

SDE TEIMAN DETENTION CENTER FREQUENTLY COMES TO THE TOP WITH TORTURE

The Sde Teiman detention center in southern Israel, where detained Gazans are held, is frequently in the news for torture.

The New York Times reported last month that Gazans detained at the Sde Teiman detention center were blindfolded, handcuffed and forced to sit silently on the ground in an open area for up to 18 hours a day.

The report noted that Palestinian detainees brought to the detention center stayed there for up to three months and that many were subjected to inhumane treatment and torture during the interrogation process.

Some Gazans who were held here and later released had spoken out about the torture they were subjected to in Sde Teiman. (AA)This content was published by Hande Dağ
