The South Korean General Staff announced that North Korea had sent garbage in bags attached to large flying balloons, brochures sent by South Korean activists, and waste to South Korean territory as of yesterday. While local media stated that the number of balloons was approaching 200, the South Korean General Staff said, “North Korea’s anti-South balloons can fall not only on residential areas but also on airports and highways, causing damage.”
