Twitch streamer ELoTRix was once known for playing shooters like CoD, but he doesn’t want to play the new Modern Warfare 3.
Who is the person you are talking about? A few years ago, the Twitch streamer and YouTuber ELoTRiX was one of the largest German-speaking shooter YouTubers. ELoTriX, whose real name is Carsten, founded his YouTube channel in 2011.
ELoTRiX was primarily known for shooter gameplay at the time. He played titles like Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, Battlefield 3 and Call of Duty: Black Ops 3, released in 2011. The now 31-year-old was excited and loud.
In 2023 he appeared primarily as a variety streamer, so he was drawn to many different games and showed games like Elden Ring, Lies of P, Diablo 4 and League of Legends. He is also frequently active in the “Just Chatting” category (via Sullygnome).

What does ELoTRiX say about CoD MW3? ELoTRiX apparently has no desire to spend money on the upcoming shooter. He is clearly negative and makes it clear that he is not satisfied with the developments of the franchise in recent years, even if he wants to play the game.
ELoTRiX also explains that every player who will buy CoD again this year is partly to blame for the current situation:
Why should I play dirt? They don’t tickle €80 out of my pockets for some nostalgic map packs. And anyone who allows themselves to be farmed by CoD again this year is simply to blame for the fact that nothing will ever change.
I also let myself be hyped up a bit and I actually want to play the game, but they have tormented us for so many years. I just got tired.

Overall, it can be assumed that ELoTRiX will not buy this year’s Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 after the statement. Whether he stays true to his words will be seen in November.
