It was the so-called ping pong moment that ultimately worked out in favor of journalist Johar Bendjelloul and host Annika Lantz. One team says one name and the other counters with another until it gets quiet.
The final ping pong duel was about finance ministers and for Johar Bendjelloul it was a little extra triumphant to win against just Anna Kinberg Batra and David Batra considering that the former, as former party leader for the Moderates, could actually have become finance minister himself.
– There I felt that we started at a disadvantage. But we managed to get finance ministers all the way through World War II. It was after Wigforss that we lost momentum.
Although the duo Bendjelloul / Lantz led, the distance to the couple Kinberg Batra was not very great. The so-called idiot question did not go well.
– We had answered right to basically all idiot questions during the season, but missed it in the final.
The question was: How many chromosomes does man have?
– They said 46 – which is the right thing to do – while we said two.
TT: You could not?
– No, it was that simple. Sometimes you can end up in such a situation that you are sure of something that is wrong.
TT: Are you never afraid to appear ignorant?
– But have to think about it and come to the conclusion that one’s human value is based on something else.
