One in three respondents believe in lower house prices where they live in a year. Considerably fewer believe in higher prices, according to the survey.
Women are more optimistic than men. 28 percent believe in lower house prices, but an equal percentage believe that prices will be higher. Among men, 37 percent believe in lower prices and only 18 percent in higher.
