In June, Sweden’s Holocaust museum opens the first exhibition in the premises on Torsgatan in Stockholm. Right now the staff is on a fundraising tour and on Saturday they visited Linköping and Östergötland’s museum.
– This is our fifth stop and we hope that people will want to share their experiences connected to the Holocaust, says museum director Diana Chafik.
Recipes and handwritten letters
So far they have received many stories and some items. Such as handwritten letters and an old recipe.
– I can’t reveal too much, but we have received exciting things that we hope to show at the exhibition, says Diana Chafik.
In the video above, Diana Chafik tells us more about what they collected during the tour.
